Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is a common cause of sudden dizziness and vertigo. At Premier Care, we treat BPPV using Canalith Repositioning Techniques, such as the Epley Maneuver, to quickly and effectively relieve spinning sensations and restore balance.
The Epley Maneuver is a series of gentle, guided head and body movements designed to relocate displaced calcium crystals (canaliths) within the inner ear. When these crystals move into the wrong part of the vestibular system, they can trigger episodes of vertigo with changes in head position.
By repositioning the canaliths back into their proper location, the Epley Maneuver resolves vertigo symptoms—often in just one or two sessions.
At Premier Care Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, our vestibular specialists are highly trained in the Epley Maneuver and other repositioning techniques to treat BPPV with precision and care. With our Canalith Repositioning Therapy, we help you regain balance, eliminate vertigo, and move forward with clarity and control.
